Can Pit-Roig is in the heart of the Serralada Litoral natural park, 40 minutes north of Barcelona and 15 minutes from the beach. It’s surrounded by nature, with a huge choice of walks in every direction.
We are Alain & Jason, and we’ve created a space where you can rest and relax (or hike and cycle) with great homemade food in a friendly, chilled out atmosphere. It would be our pleasure to introduce you to our three dogs, show you the garden and ecological vegetable patch, and let you swim in our pool!
Our love of cooking and eagerness to introduce people to vegetarian cuisine have inspired us to offer stays for people looking for a complete break from the stress of modern life. Sleep well, eat well and enjoy a taste the ‘slow life’!

The Studio
The studio is situated on the ground floor of the house and measure 30m². It sleeps up to three people, and is comprised of a lounge, cooking area and private bathroom with shower. The sofa folds out into a high-quality double bed (140cm x 190cm), and a Muji foam mattress that can be unfolded to sleep one additional person.
Large French windows let in lots of natural light and give a view of the surrounding greenery.
Interior design is simple, with modern touches, lots of wood and traditional terracotta floor tiles.
The garden
You have free access to all areas of the garden during your stay.
The pool
Our pool (3.5m x 6m) is available for you to use, and includes a terrace bathed in sunlight for most of the day.
The food
We offer an optional “full board” package so you don’t have to worry about shopping for food and cooking meals, allowing you to relax completely.
Our vegetarian meals are inspired by Mediterranean, Indian and Asian cuisine. All vegetables come from either our garden or local producers. Most of our ingredients are organic.
The full board package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and a few little extras depending on the inspiration of the day.
Access
If you do not have a car, our nearest train station is Granollers, fifteen minutes away, with fast, regular, direct trains to the centre of Barcelona, the airport and Sants, the city’s main train station.
